Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: Is it legal to sell my diabetic supplies?

Yes, selling your diabetic test strips, lancets, and CGMs is legal as they can be bought over the counter in any pharmacy, with or without a prescription.
The only diabetic supplies that cannot be legally resold are those that are stolen or were acquired through Medicare or Medicaid (some CGM products (e.g. Dexcom) also marked "DME Beneficiaries" or "Government Payee" may be accepted).
Typically, government-issued diabetic supplies will have a red line on them or have other indications. We will not purchase these if received.

Question 2: Is this a scam? What's the catch?

No, it is not a scam and there is no catch.
Our company is built on buying your unused diabetic supplies and reselling them at below-retail prices. Honesty is extremely important to us and we strive to always provide our customers with the best experience possible.
We realize that we would have neither satisfied customers, nor repeat business if we scammed people, so we don’t and never will.

Question 3: Which items do you purchase?

We only purchase the items shown on our price list.
All supplies sold to us must be in mint condition, unopened, and expire within our minimum required expiration dates.
Please do not send us items that we do not buy.

Question 4: What do you consider to be damage?

Damage refers to diabetic supplies which have been scratched, opened, crushed, faded, soiled, or anything else which could make it less than perfect.
We DO NOT purchase damaged supplies.

Question 5: When will I be paid and how?

As soon as we receive and inspect your boxes of diabetic test strips, lancets, or CGM products, you can expect payments to be sent same day.
Via PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle. Guaranteed.

Question 6: Should I remove my pharmacy labels?

No. Please do not attempt to remove your labels.
You run the risk of damaging the box and we do not purchase damaged boxes. We will happily remove the labels and shred them for your privacy and convenience.
If you already removed the label but did not damage the box in any way, we can still accept it.

Question 7: Are your price quotes guaranteed?

Yes, they are, provided the diabetic supplies you sell are on our product list, expire within our required time frames, have no damage, and are factory sealed. We inspect every product to ensure it matches our criteria. We reserve the right to deny payment if products that are less than perfect or expire in less than our required expiration dates.
We hate to deny payments, so please only sell boxes that meet our guidelines.

Question 8: How should I ship my supplies to you?

Please wait for us to send you your prepaid shipping label or shipping kit.
Once you receive the one you chose, place your diabetic supplies securely in your own box or the one we provided. Do your best to ensure that they will not be damaged while they are being shipped to us as we do not purchase damaged supplies.
Then, drop them off at your nearest USPS office. Note: we do not charge you for shipping kits, unlike some companies.

Question 9: Why don’t you purchase opened boxes?

Although you may have not compromised the test strips, lancets, or CGM products within the boxes or damaged them, we have no way to verify that they haven’t been tampered with, therefore we cannot accept them.

Question 10: Can I use an old shipping label?

If you received a shipping label from us more than 90 days ago that has not been used, we request that you resubmit the form on our order form page to receive a new one.
